NEWEUROPE Chocolates kiosk NEWEUROPE™ Corporation (NEC) is a Florida corporation (Incorporated in July 2004) with headquarters in Orlando , Florida . For more information on each NEC business activity, please click on respective activities sub-headings on the left under the NEWEUROPE™ Activities heading.

Most of NEC business and project activities shown have been tested or test marketed to verify market or consumer interest in each under the NEC pre-curser companies - NEWEUROPE™ Concepts, Inc. (NECI), New Europe Chocolates, Inc. and American Business Center ( Croatia ) and some have been fully operational. Experience and contacts made under these NEWEUROPE™ pre-curser companies have been transferred to NEC.

Not all NEWEUROPE™ activities under the new NEC are currently active; however all comprise the long term business plan and model of NEC. The currently non-active NEWEUROPE™ activities will be brought to full operations when time and capital are right for each of them to become so.

All of operations are being handled currently under the parent company NEC, but the eventual plan is that each of the NEWEUROPE™ activities listed below will be handled by the respective NEC subsidiary. After the parent NEC is public via a reverse merger, NEC plans to spin off additionally various NEWEUROPE™ Subsidiaries as public entities as well as time and circumstances make sense to do that.

www.neweuropechoc.com – a web site offering the best of European Chocolates, Wafers and Cookies.
www.neweuropemusic.com – the best of music and artists from the 48 countries of the new Europe .
www.neweuroperadio.com– the same European music offered above played on this Internet and Satellite Radio plus other European talk shows and programs.
www.neweuropeclub.net- a web site encompassing many individual country European social clubs in the U.S. around the world plus offering benefits to its own members.
www.neweuropetravel.com – offering specialized travel to and from Europe and United States , and especially Florida .

INVESTMENTS: Handled under NEC’s Subsidiary NEWEUROPE™ Investments, Inc. Involved in finding capital and investing in various NEC’s projects, in private companies in Eastern Europe via country related NEWEUROPE™ Subsidiaries (NEWEUROPE™ Croatia , NEWEUROPE™ Slovenia and others), assisting American investors with investments in Eastern Europe and assisting Europeans with investments in U.S. securities and real estate.

MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT: Handled under NEC’s Subsidiary NEWEUROPE™ Media & Entertainment, Inc. Involved in the following activities:

NEWEUROPE™ Music – releasing artists and music mainly from Eastern Europe in the United States . Radio promotion and marketing of the same via NEWEUROPE™ Retail Locations and on Internet via www.neweuroperadio.com and www.neweuropemusic.com Web sites.

NEWEUROPE Radio NEWEUROPE™ Radio – a 24-hr Radio Program available via Internet and Satellite playing the above European music plus with various European related radio programs, talk shows and news.

NEWEUROPE™ TV Channel – presenting and marketing in the United States the best of European TV programs (already produced), entertainment shows, music video spots, sports events and news.

NEWEUROPE™ Kids Show & Cartoon – A live show featuring young kids and their artistic capabilities, every Sunday at all NEWEUROPE™ Cafes and eventually as a TV Show. As a cartoon it features an immigrant family with two boys living in Orlando , FL of which the younger one has magical powers and via a spinning Globy and can send his older brother via computer-Internet to various European countries to have fun and play.

RETAIL: Handled via NEWEUROPE™ Chocolates & Cafes, Inc. and NEWEUROPE™ Fast Food and Restaurants, Inc. Subsidiaries.

NEWEUROPE™ Chocolates – retail stores selling the best of European chocolates, wafers, cookies and candies. Classic – Wood and Gold and Modern – Glass & Mirrors interior design.

NEWEUROPE™ Cafes – selling the above plus European coffees, freshly baked pastries, European ready to go dishes, ice creams, fruits, drinks and with evening entertainment – slow dancing. Three configurations: Light Café – no dishes, Café – with European dishes and Club Café – also a night club in the evening.

NEWEUROPE™ Fast Food – a dozen always ready to go European dishes will be initially served in regular NEWEUROPE™ Cafes. Eventually NEC plans to open Fast Food only locations with drive through windows serving these delicious always ready to go European dishes.

NEWEUROPE Restaurants NEWEUROPE™ Restaurants – NEC has established excellent contacts with several companies in Europe that have top chefs preparing top quality European dishes. NEC plans to open such more sophisticated restaurants that will also offer evening entertainment.
