EXCLUSIVE TERRITORY (ET) LICENSE: This type of NEWEUROPE™ license is offered to individuals or companies as an investment who are interested in benefiting from a long term exclusivity in the right to open a variety of NEWEUROPE™ retail locations in a city, region or a country. It is a 10-year license renewable for another 10 years.

The owner of such an ET license can be an investor who then has the right to sell an NEC retail license to other interested parties in his or her ET region, he or she can directly develop various NEWEUROPE™ retail locations. Requires an up front fee based on population living in the ET area plus a monthly percentage of gross revenues realized in the area via all NEWEUROPE™ activities. MASTER DEVELOPER LICENSE: Meant for individuals that want to be involved directly in the developing and opening of various NEWEUROPE™ retail locations in an area or a region. Master Developer has the right to open and manage such locations directly or to sublicense the same to others. Requires an up front fee for a 10-year license depending on the size of the region, 50/50 sharing with NEC of sub-licensee's income and a percentage of the gross revenues realized on locations directly operated by the Master Developer.

NEWEUROPE™ INDIVIDUAL RETAIL LOCATION LICENSE: NEC is also licensing its individual retail locations where the interested party acquires a license from NEC to open one particular type of NEWEUROPE™ retail location and operates it. The cost is a one time up front fee for a 10-year license and a monthly royalty fee realized from individual retail location gross revenues. To Request more information click here. NEWEUROPE™ Chocolates & Cafes (NECC) - retail locations selling European chocolates, pastries, wafers, coffees and European dishes plus offering evening entertainment.

NEWEUROPE™ Fast Food & Restaurant (NEFFR) - as a fast food, this location sells a dozen excellent reasonably priced and always ready to go European dishes (two side orders included). As a restaurant, it sells excellent European dishes prepared by top European chefs.

NEWEUROPE DIRECT RETAIL OWNERSHIP: NEC has also prepared an exclusive Direct Retail Ownership Agreement for a person interested in owning one of NEC retail locations. NEC and its personnel, manage and operate such locations. A person or party invests the necessary capital to set up the particular NEC retail location including the initial product inventory. This person or party also own this location which is assigned to them in their name as collateral and the investor receives 10% of the gross sales while NEC keeps 90%. NEWEUROPE™ Services -In the future, NEC plans to offer in the future a variety of financial and other services especially in areas with a high European population that will be accomplished via regional offices that can be licensed. Some of these planned future NEWEUROPE™ Services are: NEWEUROPE™ Travel & Tours - trips to and from Europe, NEWEUROPE™ Insurance - selling insurance for homes, cars, liability, heath, other types of insurance, NEWEUROPE™ Brokerage - offering broker and investment services, NEWEUROPE™ Bank and others.
