NEWEUROPE™ Funds Private Firms Form NEWEUROPE™ Corporation (NEC), via its subsidiary NEWEUROPE™ Investments, Inc. (NEI), has an investment and development plan for private companies and firms in certain East European countries. Individual country related NEC subsidiaries such as NEWEUROPE™ Croatia, Slovenia or Bosnia will raise capital on public and private markets in the United States and then invest it in smaller private firms in respective East European countries. Most investments will be equity investments for 20%-80% ownership of target firms. NEC is in the initial phase of screening such private firms in East European countries of interest.
