NEWEUROPE™ Investments (NEI)
This NEC's business activity NEWEUROPE™ Investments (NEI) is involved in raising capital in the United States (private and public) and investing it in NEC projects as well as other private companies and projects in Eastern Europe. NEI will also assists Europeans in investing in the United States.
COUNTRY RELATED NEWEUROPE™ INVESTMENT FUNDS - NEC, once public via a reverse merger, plans to create public spin-off subsidiaries whose principal task would be to raise private and public capital in the United States and then invest it in private companies and small firms in respective East European countries.
For example, NEWEUROPE™ Croatia would be an NEC owned subsidiary spun off as its own public entity in the United States with its own publicly trading Common stock. Investments raised via sales of stock to investors in the U.S. would then be invested in 50-100 smaller private companies and firms in Croatia.
Most investors in such created publicly trading NEC subsidiaries would come from individuals living in the United States who came from specific East European country targeted by such publicly traded NEC subsidiary. So, for example, it is expected that most of the investors in U.S. NEWEUROPE™ Croatia publicly traded subsidiary would come from 1.1 million Croatians living in the United States. Of course any investor of any background or any investment structure or firm would be able to invest in these NEC East Europe country related public subsidiaries and funds.
A Prospectus put together by NEC and NEI associated with NEWEUROPE™ Croatia would have information on each company, their history, financials and projections that NEWEUROPE™ Croatia plans to invest in Croatia. NEC is already in the process of collecting such information from private companies and firms in Croatia and NEC's Board together with a few additional advisors will decide which companies NEWEUROPE™ Croatia will invest in.
The value of NEWEUROPE™ Croatia public stock in the U.S. would depend on the success of investments made in Croatia by this NEC operated fund and on demand and trading of its stock in the U.S. NEWEUROPE™ Croatia may also be created in Croatia as a Croatian company with majority ownership by NEC and with some other minority co-partners in Croatia also assisting NEC with selection of products to be sold in the U.S. via NEC formed Croatia and other business activities. NEWEUROPE™ Croatia may also be listed on the Croatian Stock Market.
The same process described above would be repeated for other East European and Balkan countries such as NEWEUROPE™ Slovenia, NEWEUROPE™ Bosnia, NEWEUROPE™ Serbia & Montenegro, NEWEUROPE™ Macedonia, NEWEUROPE™ Bulgaria, NEWEUROPE™ Hungary, NEWEUROPE™ Poland and others.
FUNDING NEWEUROPE™ PROJECTS - Due to the lack of capability, willingness, interest, understanding or commitment by money agents and brokers NEWEUROPE™ has dealt with thus far (94 of them) and based on excellent success by NEC's President Drazen E. Premate in finding directly interested private investors (over 120 of them), NEC has decided to create its own subsidiary in charge of raising capital for NEC projects - NEWEUROPE™ Investments (NEI).
NEC will hire professional brokers with proper SEC licenses and any other assistants to market via NEI directly to accredited and qualified private investors, a variety of NEC projects, Prospectus documents and other NEWEUROPE™ related investment opportunities that otherwise would never become available to such investors if NEC had to depend on typical brokers or money agents similar to the 94 that NEC has dealt with in the past. NEI and NEC will also bring most of these investment opportunities to the public market or make them available to investors via public market.
EUROPEAN INVESTORS SERVICES - During NECI operation, the Company was approached a number of times by some Europeans who wanted NEWEUROPE™ to assist them in investing in the United States - be it in real estate in Florida, for example or in various investment portfolios offered in the U.S. The same NEI will function in this manner and will affiliate itself with one of the larger U.S. brokerage firms for clearing of securities related investments by such European investors via NEI.
