NEWEUROPE™ City Dubai will be built next to NEWEUROPE Land Theme Park Dubai and it will fit greatly with other theme projects already under development in Dubai.

NEWEUROPE™ City & Land Dubai will represent the first such American designed project with European theme that besides being done in Dubai will be copied exactly as is in Dubai and duplicated between Orlando and Tampa, Florida and later on possibly also between Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

None of the other large Dubai Theme projects such as Dubai Sports City, Dubai Motor City, Dubai Knowledge City, Dubai Nano City, Dubai Wonders of the World and others have been copied in another part of the World.

NEWEUROPE™ City Dubai will be located on approximately 85 million square feet of land or 2,000 acres (800 hectares) and will have around 30,000 different housing units (homes, vials, luxury homes, apartments, condos, duplexes, other) and office, recreational and sporting facilitates for about 100,000 people who will live and work at NEWEUROPE™ City Dubai.

NEWEUROPE™ Corp (NEC) has formed The NEWEUROPE™ Dubai Group made of individuals who are interested in making NEWEUROPE™ Land & City projects in Dubai reality. This unique group of people is assisting NEC with contacts, introductions and direct work to connect NEC with proper sources of money and sheiks in U.A.E. to fund and develop this unique project there.

Some of the members of the group are: Zia Imran (Head of the Dubai NEWEUROPE Group), Mohammed Alamimi (shown in the second picture on the left at Dubai Marina), Sultan Almashaghouni, Omar Al-Arif, Abdulla Al-Arif – Vice Chairman of NARESCO Contracting LLC, and a few others.

Zia Imran (27), Mohammed Alamimi (27) and Omar Al-Arif (22) represent younger generation of U.A.E. and of the kind President of NEC Drazen Premate prefers to work with overseas including as related to operations of European NEWEUROPE™ Country related Subsidiaries. Drazen always believed in giving a chance and opportunity to talented young people with a novel and exciting project such as NEWEUROPE™.

This younger generation of U.A.E. contacts have in turn introduced Dazen and NEWEUROPE™ to a more senior generation in U.A.E. that is in power and with interest in NEWEUROPE™ City & Land projects for Dubai. NEC plans to expand the NEWEUROPE™ Dubai Group with additional participatory members soon.

It is expected that NEWEUROPE™ City Dubai will cost around $3 billion do design, develop and build and it will take about 5 years to its completion. NEC is forming NEWEUROPE™ Dubai subsidiary in Trade Free Zone in Dubai to be in charge of development, management and operation of NEWEUROPE™ Land & City projects in Dubai.

NEWEUROPE™ Dubai will be initially owned by NEC but eventually the majority ownership of this NEWEUROPE™ Subsidiary will belong to the investment group or a sheikh investing most of the required money-funds in this project in Dubai.
