 NEWEUROPE™ City Orlando is a completely newly designed and constructed environmentally friendly city to be located next to the NEWEUROPE™ Land Theme Park near Orlando, Florida and done in European theme and with a unique mixture of modern and classic European, American and Dubai architecture.
NEWEUROPE™ Land & City Orlando will be the first Theme Park and City project of its kind in the United States and will emulate many such Theme & City projects in Dubai. It will even have 6-8 exactly the same looking tall residential or office buildings as they exist today in Dubai.
NEWEUROPE™ City Orlando will be located on approximately 85 million square feet of land or 2,000 acres (800 hectares) and will have around 30,000 different housing units (homes, vials, luxury homes, apartments, condos, duplexes) as well as office, recreational and sporting facilitates for about 100,000 people who will live and work at NEWEUROPE™ City Dubai.

NEWEUROPE™ Corp (NEC) is forming NEWEUROPE™ Land & City (NELC) US subsidiary which will fund, develop and manage these projects near Orlando, Florida. NELC will also acquire approximately 5,000 acres of suitable land somewhere between Orlando and Tampa for this project.
NELC will utilize maximum renewable sources of energy such as solar and wind and also have state of the art environmentally friendly cooling and collection and reuse of rain water systems used everywhere. NEWEUROPE™ City Orlando will be the most modern and environmentally (green) friendly city in the World!
It is expected that NEWEUROPE™ City Orlando will cost around $8-$10 billion do design, develop and build and it will take about 5 years to its completion. Majority of investment capital for NEWEUROPE™ Land & City projects near Orlando is expected to come from Europe and Dubai.
