NEWEUROPE™ City will be a completely newly designed and constructed environmentally friendly city to be located next to the NEWEUROPE™ Land Theme Park in Orlando, Florida, U.S.A. and in Dubai, U.A.E. similar to Dubai Sports City design and done in European theme with a unique mixture of modern and classic European, American and Dubai architecture.
Each NEWEUROPE™ City will be located on approximately 85 million square feet of land or 2,000 acres (800 hectares) and will have around 30,000 different housing units for about 100,000 people who will live and work there. Most of electricity and environmental controls inside the office buildings will come from the renewable energy sources such as solar and wind including water from collected and treated rain.

NEWEUROPE™ City will have one major NEWEUROPE™ Shopping Mall with hundreds of European, domestic and other international retailers for clothing, sportswear, shoes, jewelry, electronics, house ware, furniture and other products. NEWEUROPE™ City will also have a permanent NEWEUROPE™ Expo Center derived from the annual NEWEUROPE™ Expo held at Orlando and Dubai convention centers until permanent Expo is opened. It will be all year around exhibition of European companies, their products and services and job opportunities for the same. It will feature between 700 and 1,000 companies from all European countries.
NEWEUROPE™ University
NEWEUROPE™ City will have several top European Universities and their academic programs available in English and in several European and other world languages. Also, there will be several Elementary, Middle and High Schools and other schools for children living in the NEWEUROPE™ City. Academic assistance via NEWEUROPE™ Academic Scholarships will be made available to many attending these schools.
NEWEUROPE™ Sports Center
NEWEUROPE™ City will have several top sports facility including NEWEUROPE™ Soccer Stadium and Team, NEWEUROPE™ indoor basketball and tennis arenas as well as several smaller venues for gymnastics, swimming and other sports. NEWEUROPE™ City will have one large European style NEWEUROPE™ Opera Theater for classical music, opera and ballet performances to be done by top well known European theaters and performers. Separate NEWEUROPE™ Concert Hall will be utilized for other types of modern concerts and events. NEWEUROPE™ City will also produce a NEWEUROPE™ Kids Live and TV Show to be broadcasted on NEWEUROPE™ TV and licensed to other kids TV programs world wide.
