Land Park Dubai
NEWEUROPE™ Land Park Dubai will be smaller in size Theme Park designed for a desert climate relative to the bigger, tropical weather type weather design for such Park to be done for Orlando, Florida. NEWEUROPE™ Water Park as part of the overall NEWEUROPE™ Land Park Dubai will be smaller in size than for Orlando relative to the number of water slides and attractions present.
NEWEUROPE™ Land Park Dubai will be designed to utilize maximum renewable energy from the sun and the wind plus recycle and re-use of the waste water. Also more attractions will be in enclosed Air Conditioned space due to prevalent heat during six months of the year. The Dubai Park will also have and serve more foods and dishes as expected in the Arab world.
NEWEUROPE™ Land Park in Dubai will be built next to NEWEUROPE™ City – a city with European-American-Dubai style architecture with private homes, villas, apartments, sports and recreational buildings for over 100,000 people built on 2,000 acres (about 800 hectares) of land expected to be available for this project near Dubai at no cost. Design renderings for NEWEUROPE Land Park Dubai are being done by Apogee Attractions of Boston, MA, USA.
It is expected that finding such appropriate land for NEWEUROPE™ Land Park Dubai in Dubai will take about 2-3 months and getting all of required permits and various impact studies done to begin construction will take another 6-8 months. Construction of NEWEUROPE™ Land Theme Park Dubai should then take about 2.5 years to complete and cost about $1 billion. Once fully opened NEWEUROPE™ Land Park Dubai should have an average daily attendance of 13,000-15,000 and generate about $500-$700 million in total annual gross revenues.
