Land Park Orlando
NEWEUROPE™ Land Park Orlando will be larger in size Park designed for a tropical climate relative to the smaller, desert type weather design for such Park to be done for Dubai and Las Vegas. It is also expected that the NEWEUROPE™ Water Park will be larger in size for Orlando relative to the number of water slides and attractions present.
NEWEUROPE™ Land Park Orlando will be designed to utilize maximum renewable energy from the sun and the wind plus recycle and re-use the rain water from all structures built in the Park.
If only NEWEUROPE™ Land Park without a NEWEUROPE™ City is built in Florida, then such Park will be located closer to Orlando and other current attractions there. If a version combined with the NEWEUROPE™ City for over 100,000 people is chosen and built, as it will be the case in Dubai, then approximately 5,000 acres (about 2,000 hectares) of land for such combined NEWEUROPE™ Land Park & City Projects will be found and located somewhere in between Orlando and Tampa to allow for more space and distance from both Orlando and Tampa.
It is expected that finding such appropriate land for NEWEUROPE™ Land Park Orlando will take about 3-4 months and getting all of required permits and various impact studies done to begin construction will take another 12-18 months. Construction of NEWEUROPE™ Land Theme Park Orlando should then take about 3 years to complete and cost $1.3-$1.6 billion. Once fully opened NEWEUROPE™ Land Park Orlando should have an average daily attendance of 23,000-28,000 and generate about $1 billion in total annual gross revenues.
