New Collateral for Wall Street - The Creative Mind
Sorry Michael Douglas - Greed is NOT good! Neither are large volumes of mortgage secured debt layered into endless slices and derivatives that only earns money for those managing or selling such. Wall Street brokers and banks have turned mortgage loans into securities and have sold them off to millions of US investors. Over 1 million real estate agents and brokers on Main Street USA have coaxed people into buying homes with deceptive mortgage clauses & terms so they could then feed the new Wall Street's frenzy how to make lot of money.
Wall Street was operating a giant scheme to turn equity in Main Street into fees and bonuses for its own greed and self-serving interests. Mortgage securitization generated roughly $2,000 billion in fees to brokers and bankers since 2003!! Your money at work enriching those creating these endless layers of mortgage secured deception just to make money for themselves. Of course this huge house of cards crumbled eventually - what did anyone expect could happen? It is good in the long-term that this has happened. This is Nature's way of punishing those who are too greedy and their greed destroys their own engines of greed. That is how free economy I supposed to work minus bailouts by politicians and government who are as guilty!!
The belief that hard collateral alone is good protection for your investment or that good collateral for issuers of mortgage backs securities that will never lose market value, all while brokers were fleecing the banking system, is a flawed belief system!! It is still only an investment behind dead matter that was supported by lonely individual investors at the bottom paying mortgages, along fueled with greed and unrealistic expectations brokers have been counting on.
When those could not pay any longer? The party was-is over. Also believing those who sold you Credit Default Swaps or that such guaranteed your investment in mortgage backed derivatives was-is also flawed because such were created only to entice you to buy flawed derivatives in the first place so they can make money off of YOU, the investor. Many of you have been fleeced twice by the very pillars of banking-brokerage industry that is supposedly there to protect your interest.
A group of homes or buildings that lost value or are now a part of bankrupt mortgage backed securities scheme (so 400,000 new brokers and bankers who became employed by it could make lots of money for themselves and fleece you the average investor) cannot change or reinvent itself or take a step in a new direction during a downturn. There is no power of Creative Mind behind such!! A Creative Mind unattached to some layered fee scheme can!
A Creative Mind is capable to envision a NEW future and NEW projects and not just duplicate the past for sake of making money! However such a Creative Mind has not been receiving capital and support from Wall Street and Brokers who have been founded on the basis of traditional and conservative corporate finance. I understand this personally.
I have one of the most Creative Minds in the World, today. I have understandings how Events are created and an instantaneous sense of Sequence of Conditions that we should cover to create a NEW Future that is worth BILLIONS. Yet such amazing capacity of the Mind means nothing to small-minded greed of many Wall Street brokers. Only a Mind can create new conditions out of Vision leading to new events and projects in the physical world. Excellent Creative Mind should be the top collateral in the investment world, yet it never is!!
I have gone through well over 140 money agents and brokers in the US with NEWEUROPE™ who did nothing for us while enriching themselves on YOU, the average investor, with their layered and systematically structured schemes. I have found over 170 simple individual investors by myself to support and invest behind NEWEUROPE proving these brokers wrong and exposing their flawed approach! Brokers that have been part in causing the recent crash will NEVER recognize this principle!
Those who were there to protect stole from those who invested. Those who invested should have benefited from their investment the most but did not. Why? Because most individual investors did not invest DIRECTLY behind a Creative Mind!! The supposed protectors of investors' money were actually the true thieves behind the scenes, while true Creative Minds like mine get nothing or very little support in the meantime. This is why YOU little investor lose!!
Now the majority of small investors have woken up and wised up for good. That is good. The days when brokers can do such schemes and do harm to small investors for their own greed are over for good! Not because of any new government regulations but because such petty brokers cannot fool small investors ever again. Small investors are now smarter than ever before. There will be a hole revolution against greedy brokers and bankers their endless schemes and layers of a so called secure structures just to make money and bonuses for themselves. This will never occur again.
The new collateral on Wall Street will not be hard collateral or mortgage backed securities any more. The new collateral will be a forward-looking Creative Minded CEO with a Vision. A great Mind that is in a direct contact with his investors and direct investments by such investors that support such unique and different business concepts and approaches such as NEWEUROPE!! Doesn't this sound exciting!?Trust should have never been lost to those on Wall Street, because for many investors that is where it is at. For many investors, trust in the system is gone completely. The falling value of the Dollar is due is also occurring due to the value of Trust and Confidence being lost to the most popular investment banking process: The process of moving money just to make money all the while creating nothing NEW!!
It is Bill Gates that is the Creative Mind Collateral for Microsoft or Steve Jobs for Apple Computers or Walt Disney for Disney Co. What has ever happened to investment bankers and brokers in the US that would have backed such great American minds and their ideas? They have all deserted their original reason for existence to make an Almighty Buck an easy way and in process destroyed themselves? And some broker dealers existed for over 100 years!
A Mind such as my own has tuned into a Grand concept such as NEWEUROPE™ and should have received tens of millions of dollars already in US. The mentality of today's brokers in the US have produced zero, zip, nada!!
